Grants to Organizations History

 

Grants to Organizations was formalized in 1993. The Directors of the Foundation awarded grants to arts presenting and support organizations across the country on an annual basis by application. Grants ranged in amount from $1,000 to $5,000, and the number of grants made varied from year to year.

In 2014, after much discussion and careful consideration, the Directors determined that FCA could make the greatest impact by focusing on its core mission of supporting individual artists. Thus, the Grants to Organizations program was concluded.
